Thunderbird has four Russian powerful pentode 6550 in push-pull output buffer and double triode 12ax7 (ECC83) in driver stage.

Comparing Blackbird our Thunderbird has got the power supply with much more resources. There are 430 W main transformer besides separate transformers to feed tubes' grids and servo circuits.

Output transformers (2 х 460 W) are designed and manufactured especially for Thunderbird.

There are five line inputs (3 х RCA, 2 x XLR), Direct input, three outputs (XLR, RCA and Rec), Headphone output and four pair of S.A.Lab designed silver plated acoustic binding posts for bi-wiring/amping.

Amplifier's steel chassis and Corian face plate is decorated by highest quality polished automotive dye from Ferrari line (choice from 12 colours).
