S.A.lab Hercules RLX is the world's first phono preamplifier that contents no resistors and capacitors for RIAA curve shaping. As a result of highly precision S.A.Lab circuitry and strict consideration for all schematic details and aspects we created the Top End unit of ultimate audiophile level.

Thanks to scrupulous calculations and longstanding experiments S.A.Lab made Hercules RLX phono stage that moulds RIAA curve by means of specially wound interstage transformers of 1-st and 2-nd amplifying stages as well as converting to benefit such the transformers' parasite features as inductivity of dissipation and windings capacitance.

Faultless RIAA is precisely shaped also by four S.A.Lab chokes with multiwire pure silver windings and high quality composite cores.

Output stage on 6v6 tube has greatly low output impedance of 40 Ohm that determined low THD and friendly matching with interconnect cables.

Hercules RLX contents 21 S.A.Lab designed and handcrafted transformers and chokes in all.

Tubes anodes' voltage and heatings in all amplifying stages are regulated. To form the stage cathodes' working points there are special voltage sources those make working point biases and due to their extreme low internal impedance Hercules RLX signal path has no resistors and capacitors; at the same time all cathodes are ground coupled.

There are three signal inputs (ММ, МС К10 and МС К25) and six outputs (3 RCA и 3 XLR). Hercules RLX's power supply is separate.
